What it takes to start an order with us.
Stock styles start at 5 pieces. Adding your logo to a stock style starts at 200 pieces, and a new OEM development starts at 200 pieces per colour / 400 pieces per style.
Yes. We produce samples before bulk so you can hold the bag, check the make and approve every detail before committing to a production run.
Send us product images, your own design or a reference bag, together with the target material and quantity. We review the make, materials and hardware and come back with a costed quote — usually within 2–3 working days.
How quickly you can hold a sample in your hand.
Stock samples are usually ready for dispatch within 3–5 days.
A custom sample normally takes 10–15 days. Peak season can add to that — your contact will confirm the exact schedule before we start.
Working from your design, sketch or reference photo.
Yes. Send your design, a sketch, product photos or reference material and we develop it to your specification as an OEM project.
Yes. Send a reference image and we work out the design, material, structure and construction with you, then build a sample from it. Photos from your phone are enough to start.
Yes. Logo customisation on stock styles starts at 200 pieces.
A new OEM development starts at 200 pieces per colour and 400 pieces per style.
What we make and how long it takes.
Materials are confirmed against the specific style and your requirements. Genuine leather, canvas and woven materials are all available, and we will recommend what suits the bag and your target price.
Production time depends on the style, quantity and level of customisation. We confirm the schedule with your order once the sample is approved.
How sample and bulk orders are paid.
Sample orders are paid 100% upfront. Bulk orders are 70% deposit to start production, with the remaining 30% due before shipment.
Western Union and bank T/T transfer are both accepted.
Transit times for express, air and sea.
Depending on the order we arrange international express, air freight or sea freight, and will recommend the best balance of cost and transit time.
International express is usually about 7–10 days. UPS and FedEx are available and DDP terms can be arranged. Express suits samples and smaller shipments.
Air freight is usually about 10–15 days.
Sea freight is usually about 25–45 days.
Yes. We confirm the shipping method and quotation against your destination country and order size.
We supply B2B clients overseas. Coverage and routing are confirmed per destination — tell us your country and we will come back with the options.
Seeing the workshop and reaching the team.
Yes. Factory inspection can be arranged — please contact your representative about one week in advance, by WhatsApp or phone, so we can confirm the date.
Yes, by appointment. Get in touch with your contact in advance and we will arrange the visit.
Yes. WhatsApp is our usual channel for day-to-day updates and for arranging factory visits — message us on WhatsApp.
